"I have never written a review for work performed on my home. So, it is "saying something"  about the quality of work and the service I received from Andate (via Dan, Edwin & Jaime), regarding the tiling of my kitchen floor that I am taking the time to do so now. My only regret is that I see I am only able to rate them as "5 Star." They deserve "10" for the great job they did. "We hired ANDATE Construction to remodel the second floor of our home. It would be one thing to say that we are satisfied with the quality of work provided by Dan and his crew at ANDATE, but these guys deserve much better than that. The Project Manager on site, made sure everything went smoothly day-to-day and was extremely helpful anytime we had questions or concerns - this guy really knows his stuff. Every member of the crew were relentless in their work ethic. My wife and I were astonished by the amount of progress after each day. Bottom line is that: 1. The quality of work was outstanding. 2. The cost of services was reasonable and fair. 3. Each one of the guys that worked on the job were professionals in their crafts. 4. These guys show up when they say they're going to be there and the job is finished on time. ANDATE is not only a company that I'd be confident in recommending to anyone, but I'd also like to add that I'm looking forward to hiring Dan and his guys again to remodel our entire first floor early next year. "Andante construction came in on a job that I had started and thought that I could handle and finish. I was wrong, I was in over my head. Andante construction came over and looked at my gutted bathroom and said,"no problem, we can do that". They gave me a very fair price that I could afford, and the job was done in 1 week. ( I could have never done that.) The carpenter that was very dedicated and professional and knew what he was doing. They gave good advice and suggestions and at the end of the job everything was cleaned up. Our small master bathroom job looks great, we are very happy. It's just what we wanted.  "Andate Construction  Corp. was brought to our attention by State Farm as a preferred vendor to rip out and install decking and fortify its foundation after a tree slammed into a portion of our deck. They also replicated the seating and the planter and reinforced the railing. They were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, timely, neat and courteous and made detailed adjustments on their own that they preferred to make after their price was already firm.
